Elevator360 ("we", "our", or "us") operates a lift management and service platform designed for elevator service companies and building operators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our platform, how we use that information, and the choices you have regarding your data.
By accessing or using Elevator360, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Account and Identity Information
When you register for an account or invite team members, we collect:

- Company or organisation name
- Job title and role
- Phone number (if provided)
- Billing address and payment details (processed by our payment provider)
Platform Usage Data
As you interact with the platform, we automatically collect:
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)

- Feature usage patterns and session duration
- Error reports and diagnostic information
Customer and Operational Data
Data you enter while operating the platform — such as elevator records, job schedules, customer contacts, and maintenance histories — is stored on our infrastructure on your behalf. You retain ownership of this data.

- Processing your account registration and managing authentication
- Sending transactional emails (job confirmations, reminders, alerts)
- Responding to support requests and troubleshooting issues

- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Complying with legal obligations
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party vendors to operate the platform on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and to maintain appropriate security standards. Current categories include:

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform services. Specifically:
- Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request
- Operational data (elevator records, job history) is retained for the period specified in your service agreement
- Log and analytics data is retained for up to 12 months
- Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations
After the applicable retention period, data is either deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be associated with an individual.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data

- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time
